The MEMBERS ONLY pre-sale is available only to paid members of the ARVLFC whose membership is current and in good standing. If you would like to become a member of the fan club you may visit the MEMBERSHIP tab at the header bar of this website. The members only pre-sale will last for 30 days and after that we will open sales of the REMAINING tickets to the general public. This event will be 18+ with No Exceptions. This is a dress code event and costumes or formal evening wear are strongly encouraged.

Good news today! Our early bird contract with Hotel Monteleone SOLD OUT a FULL TWO DAYS EARLY! This means, sadly, that all of the rooms they set aside for us at the $119.00 per night rate are GONE. In fact, we went above and beyond expectations and they stretched the early bird rate to as many people as they could to accommodate all of us.

Today the hotel management made the decision to extend to us an additional block of rooms that will fall under the $149.00 per night rate, which is still a substantial savings over their normal Halloween prices. We offer apologies to those of you who missed out on the early bird special and we hope that you will take advantage of this new opportunity while the rooms last. Don’t miss out before they are gone. We are less than two weeks away from the March 31st deadline to reserve rooms at Hotel Monteleone for the Ball and get the ridiculously low early bird discount rate of $119.00 per night for up to two people! (25 bucks extra for each additional head up to four per room) You must reserve your room with a credit card guarantee by calling Hotel Monteleone DIRECTLY and request your rooms using the code UNDEAD CON. We have a large block of rooms and we HAVE to get them rented out…we must get them filled! Please take a moment and reserve yours ASAP. They won’t charge you anything until 72 hours prior to check-in (industry standard) and if you should change your mind you can always call them and cancel. No fuss no muss.

On April 1st the rate goes up by THIRTY bucks a night! Don’t be an April Fool, get in on it now.
